Dr. Jesmin Sultana, Professor and Head of the Department of Business. She obtained B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. from the University of Dhaka. Later on, she obtained her MBA from Strathclyde University, Scotland and PhD from University of Dhaka. She started her career with a multinational pharmaceutical company. Considered as an expert in TQM in Bangladesh, she has written a TQM manual for the women entrepreneurs of Bangladesh. She was also the honorary Joint Secretary of the Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM). She has numerous publications in local and international journals.
