Welcome to the Department of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Asia Pacific (UAP). Established in 1996, UAP is one of the first-generation private universities in Bangladesh, approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Department of Business Administration at UAP commenced its journey in 1996, offering Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA). Over the years, the business school has become synonymous with high-quality business education in the country. The department offers two graduate-level programs, each characterized by academic rigor and market relevance.
MBA (Masters of Business Administration): Launched in 2001, MBA program attracts high-caliber students and emphasizes both academic excellence and practical application.
EMBA (Executive Masters of Business Administration): Introduced in 2008, EMBA program caters to professionals seeking advanced business education while balancing their careers.
In Scimago Institution Ranking, 2022, UAP ranks among the top 2 private universities in Bangladesh. University of Asia Pacific (UAP) is also included in the 2024 Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asia University Ranking for the first time. QS ranking is one of the most respected global rankings that ranks a university based on eleven well-defined criteria.
