Md. Abul Mohaimen is an accomplished faculty member with extensive expertise in Core HR. He holds Masters and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Dhaka and enriched his academic career at prestigious institutions like United International University, ASAUB, MGI, and BSHRM. With research interests in Talent Management & Acquisition, Compensation Management, KPI and Training & Development, he excels in guiding graduate and undergraduate students in their research projects. As a department coordinator, advisor, course instructor, and committee participant, he plays a vital role in shaping the department's activities. His contributions also extend to HR consultancy, delivering public lectures, and conducting workshops and seminars.
